About the Role
Bihr is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department with administrative tasks, managing marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software, and assisting in creating marketing content.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of sponsored riders/teams
- Plan and coordinate events and shows
- Manage the social networks of Bihr Iberia
- Elaborate and execute the advertising plan
- Direct contact with media and communication agencies
Requirements
- Flair and dynamism, with a passion for marketing and communication
- Ability to see things from the customer's point of view and make a difference in a fast-paced environment
- University or master's degree in marketing and communication
- Experience in a similar position is not essential but will be well considered
- Fluid in English and Spanish, professionally spoken and written – B2/C1
- Other languages will be taken into account
- Microsoft Office 365
- High level in Excel
- Graphic design tools
- Availability to travel
