About the Role

RavenPack is seeking a visionary Art Director to spearhead the visual design strategy and motion production for our innovative AI-powered platform. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with AI engineers, UX/UI designers, and creative technologists to craft engaging and immersive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the visual direction of all motion-based projects, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
  • Conceptualize and design high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using generative AI tools.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to explore new ways of integrating AI into visual design workflows.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process, managing timelines, resources, and quality assurance for multiple projects.
  • Promote innovative storytelling using AI, creating dynamic experiences that showcase the capabilities of RavenPack.
  • Mentor junior designers, animators, and other team members, fostering an environment of innovation and learning.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Motion Director, Art Director, or similar role in a creative/advertising agency, production studio, or tech company.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative motion design and animation projects.
  • Experience with generative AI tools and platforms is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in motion design, animation, and visual effects, with proficiency in industry-standard software.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, motion graphics, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing creative projects and teams.
