Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Field Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our aeronautical projects.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborate with the sales team to build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Perform worldwide mission flights, providing necessary technical support in the field
- Work with the Product team to provide feedback and contribute to the development of new products and technologies
- Maintain accurate records of technical support activities and customer interactions
- Provide training and technical expertise to end-users and international partners
- Perform mission analysis and debriefings to improve customer operating skills
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of technical support or related experience in the aeronautical or similar industry
- Desirable knowledge of manned and unmanned aircraft systems, including fixed-wing and rotary aircraft
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
