We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Wellness Program Manager to join our Teleperformance team. As a key member of our wellness program, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to promote employee well-being and enhance mental health.
About the Role:
This is a client-facing position that requires strong presentation and data analytics skills. You will work closely with various leaders throughout Teleperformance, including Global Wellness, Operations, Account Management, HR, Recruitment, Training, and policy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that meet the Minimum Wellness Standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create effective strategies that raise awareness, educate, and drive employee wellness.
- Led and manage a team of third-party counselors in the delivery of their assigned responsibilities.
- Attend and present at client meetings, ensuring seamless communication and partnership.
- Data gathering and analysis to measure effectiveness of program content and initiatives.
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports for all wellness activities at site.
- Conduct monthly wellness audits and data reviews to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
- Manage client reporting requirements and internal reporting needs.
- Oversee the use of the T&S Wellness application on site.
- Create and maintain monthly wellness calendars.
- Host frequent employee roundtable sessions and training sessions.
- Engage with stakeholders to seek feedback for continuous improvement of the wellness program.
- Partner with internal departments to integrate the wellness program into recruitment and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in managing wellness programs for Trust & Safety/Content Moderation teams.
- A minimum bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
