Your Mission:

As Lead International Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in Spain. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective strategies to recruit highly selected students for our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Define targeted prospecting methods to approach and recruit prospective students for our various programs

">

• Execute prospecting actions, leveraging allocated budgetary and human resources, including student fairs, visits to educational institutions, conferences, open days, orientation days, immersive experiences, and communication campaigns targeting contacts in our CRM database

">

• Qualify student contacts from marketing actions to identify those who are relevant, engage them to create interest in our programs, and encourage them to apply and pass the various stages of the selection process

">

• Develop and maintain a strong network with high school influencers, career advisors, and other key stakeholders

">

• Monitor, analyze, and produce reports on business development activities, particularly using CRM tools

">

• Automate repetitive, low-value tasks with the support of our operations team

">

Requirements:

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">

• Proven experience in business development or student recruitment

">

• Bilingual/Professional proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written

">

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

">

• Results-oriented with the ability to meet set goals

">

• Initiative, autonomy, and ability to work in a team

">

• Autonomy and excellent proficiency with computer tools and office software (Google Suite, CRM, etc.)
