About the Role:
As a Director of Business Development at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for securing and retaining business for our clinical development services through professional, consultative, and proactive sales activities. You will position our company as a primary or preferred provider for all clinical development work to be outsourced, qualifying deals and developing proposals that meet our strategic company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and retain existing clients
- Position our company as a leader in the clinical development market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver proposals that meet client needs
- Manage and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
