The Iqs - Universitat Ramon Llull is a leading institution in the field of management education. Our School of Management is committed to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and we are seeking a talented Marketing Professor to join our team.

Position Overview: We are seeking to appoint a University Associate or Assistant Professor in Marketing from September 2025. The successful candidate will be expected to teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, depending on their particular field of expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Marketing.
  • Conduct innovative research of international standing.
  • Engage collegially in the life and work of the School of Management.
  • Develop research within the Consumer Behaviour Perspectives research group and engage with the Neuro & Digital Marketing Lab at IQS School of Management.

Qualifications:

  • A doctorate in a relevant aspect of marketing or cognate fields (or strong evidence of imminent completion).
  • Evidence of high-quality publications.
  • Evidence of ability to engage in international collaborations commensurate with career stage.
  • Evidence of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
  • Experience of teaching at university level is desirable.
