Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Project Manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will manage moderately large or complex projects that require proven project management skills.

The role will be involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to the development of drug products, mainly but not only generic pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and execution of projects related to the development and commercialization of generic drugs.
  • Understand the needs of internal and external customers, projects, and align them with strategic guidelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, clinical department, manufacturing, patents, and sales.
  • Analyze project characteristics and needs, evaluating processes end to end.
  • Schedule and track project milestones, budgets, and objectives.
  • Support senior management and stakeholders with project reports, presentations, and updates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Life Science or a related field.
  • Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • +3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Basic understanding of the drug development process and regulatory requirements.
  • PMP Certification is an asset.
  • Ability to maintain a positive work environment, strong verbal and written communication skills.
