About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Senior Content Designer to join our team in Manchester, UK. As a Senior Content Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience across various Research & Design projects. Your primary responsibility will be to design content that meets the needs of diverse users, driving them towards their goals.
Main Responsibilities- Develop evidence-based content strategies that harmonise user research and insight with engaging storytelling
- Contribute to the definition and development of content that supports seamless end-to-end experiences
- Maintain an outstanding portfolio of high-quality content, showcasing your expertise in crafting compelling narratives
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Strong experience in content design, with a focus on user-centred approaches
- Prior experience designing services for users with varying needs, including those with disabilities or limited digital confidence
- Excellent information design skills, integrating text, data, and visual elements into intuitive user experiences
- Familiarity with Agile project environments and multi-platform content design
- Demonstrated expertise in developing content strategy, style guides, and tone of voice
