About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Finance team at Advanced Accelerator Applications (Italy) - S. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative digital finance solutions that meet the needs of our global workforce.

Your primary focus will be on creating data-driven solutions using AI, cloud computing, and cross-platform app software. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our products are user-friendly, efficient, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape the product vision and design its roadmap, prioritizing activities to align with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to ensure product success by gathering and aligning business requirements with IT.
  • Establish robust business practices for the testing phase, ensuring efficiency and excellence in product enhancements.
  • Create comprehensive user training materials to ensure successful adoption of our digital solutions.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication across users and stakeholders.
  • Promote and drive the adoption of our digital solutions across the business.
  • Own and monitor the product's adoption and stability KPIs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, successfully launching and scaling digital products in Finance or similar domain.
  • Ability to work with engineers, designers, and business analysts to develop detailed product plans and understand technical details.
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills with developers, technical experts, and senior stakeholders.
  • Capability to align product vision with business strategy and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and leverage analytics for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with top leaders and end users.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting inputs.
