European Yacht Nurse

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced European Nurses to join our team on a Private Yacht that sails around Europe. The yacht docks in various European cities, offering a unique opportunity to explore different cultures and landscapes.

As a Registered Nurse on our Private Yacht, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our clients. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with our experienced medical team to deliver exceptional care.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a European country or the United Kingdom
• European or British Nationality
• English Language proficiency at C1 level
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a hospital setting

We offer a competitive package, including:

• A 1-year contract with the possibility of renewal
• An annual Gross Salary of £45,000 - £60,000
• 30 days of paid holidays per year
• Free accommodation on the yacht

The selection process consists of three phases:

1. Online interview (30 minutes)
2. Face-to-face interview (30 minutes) in a European city (travel expenses will be reimbursed)
3. 10-day trial on the yacht or in a European city (trial days are paid proportionally according to the annual Gross Salary)
