Area Sales Manager - International Markets
">We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to lead our business growth in Spain, Italy, and Latin America.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of acquiring new customers, developing business opportunities, and closing deals. They will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring sustainable revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
">The Area Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team to define and execute market strategies for each assigned country, increasing revenue and market share. They will also consult with customers, translate their needs into tailored value propositions, and negotiate profitable deals.
">In addition, the Area Sales Manager will build and maintain lasting relationships with dealers, distributors, and agents, expanding the sales network. They will oversee contract execution, ensure follow-up, and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
">Key requirements include 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation systems for fresh produce or food processing machinery. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Technology, Ag Tech, Horticulture, or related field is also required. Excellent MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems are highly valued.
