Job Description:

We are seeking an Assistant Technologist to collaborate with our research line "Natural Language Processing through Artificial Intelligence Techniques" at the Department of IT Languages and Systems. The successful candidate will work on adapting massive language models to work with new languages using linguistic information, training models for machine translation with limited resources, and learning new languages in artificial intelligence systems through natural dialogues with speakers of those languages.

Responsibilities:

• Adaptation of massive language models for new languages using linguistic information
• Training of models for machine translation with limited resources
• Learning of new languages in artificial intelligence systems through natural dialogues
• Automatic elicitation of relevant information to process new languages using artificial intelligence systems

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or equivalent
• C1 level of English
• Spanish nationality or meet the conditions listed in article 57 of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015
• Good command of any of the official languages of the Valencia Region
• Age between 16 and 65
• Physical and mental capacities necessary for the performance of the relevant duties
