Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a recruiter for our consumer services division, you will have the opportunity to connect talented Norwegian speaking candidates with job opportunities in various industries, including social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and identify potential candidates for job opportunities in the consumer services industry
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and language skills
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates by utilizing various recruitment platforms and techniques
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract the desired candidates
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates and engage them in the recruitment process
- Provide support to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, including interview preparation and negotiation of job offers
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively match candidates with suitable job opportunities
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken, is essential
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the consumer services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to assess candidates' skills and qualifications
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
