Job Description:
We are seeking a Front Office Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn Barcelona - Sant Cugat. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment they arrive to their departure. Your tasks will include:
-Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding promptly to their needs and concerns
-Handling incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
-Registering and checking guests in and out efficiently
-Maintaining accurate records of guest accounts and processing payments
-Providing information on hotel services and amenities
-Responding to guest queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
-Computer skills with proficiency in PMS systems
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
