Your primary goal will be to build and execute a strategic personalization program, utilizing your expertise in CRO to create tailored web experiences for multiple personas and segments across various industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Design, SEO, Website Management, and Growth Engineering, to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution.
You will be responsible for optimizing user flows and implementing conversion rate optimization techniques to improve website performance and drive measurable results. You will utilize tools such as VWO, Hotjar, GA4, and Google Analytics to track, test, and analyze website performance, and autonomously manage the end-to-end testing process, from hypothesis development and test execution to reporting and implementation of insights.
This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines. Proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar is essential, along with a deep understanding of UX, testing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization best practices. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are also crucial to ensure accurate implementation and reporting.
