Job Details

Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution promoting innovative biomedical research at Vall d'Hebron University Hospital. We are seeking a National Post-Award Grants Officer to support the scientific community in managing national competitive projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for granted projects.
  • Monitor executed budgets and incomes.
  • Prepare economic justifications and audits.
  • Maintain and update grants database.
  • Organize and monitor paperwork and electronic documents.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in Catalan and/or Spanish.
  • Good level of English.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and results-oriented professional.
  • Good command of MS Office and other computer tools.

What We Offer

  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
