Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multinational Payroll Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients located in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processes for multinational clients, including gross-to-net calculations and social security contributions.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payrolls.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve any payroll-related issues or concerns.

Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Payroll Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (Labour Relations) or Master's degree in Payroll.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
