**Demanda y Planificación: Un papel clave en la cadena de suministro**
Como Demand Planner, eres un experto en predecir y planificar la demanda para nuestros productos. Tu misión es analizar datos históricos de ventas, tendencias de mercado y factores externos para mejorar la precisión de los pronósticos.
**Funciones clave:**
- Desarrollar y mantener pronósticos de demanda a corto, medio y largo plazo.
- Analizar datos históricos de ventas y tendencias de mercado para identificar patrones y posibles desviaciones.
- Colaborar con departamentos de ventas, marketing y operaciones para recopilar información sobre promociones, lanzamientos de productos y otros eventos que puedan afectar la demanda.
- Participar activamente en reuniones de S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) para garantizar la alineación entre ventas y producción.
**Requisitos y habilidades:**
- Formación en administración de empresas o ingeniería con enfoque en la cadena de suministro.
- Experiencia previa como Demand Planner / Production planner o en roles similares.
- Dominio de Excel y conocimientos de sistemas de Business Intelligence.
- Habilidades avanzadas en análisis de datos y resolución de problemas.
