- Legal Compliance: Collaborate with legal advisors and the HR department to ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, including monitoring changes in legislation and adapting quickly to new requirements.
- Training and Development: Organize and facilitate training sessions for supervisors and managers on how to effectively handle employee-related situations, such as performance evaluations or dismissals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in labour relations or human resources, preferably in highly unionized sectors.
