SD Worx, a leading HR and payroll service provider, is seeking a talented individual to join our team in Málaga or Granada, Spain. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping employers from Sweden and other European countries with their Nordic payroll needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master the entire Nordic payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Actively influence and improve both our own and our customers' daily operations, driving innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with our team to shape tomorrow's payroll services using cutting-edge technology, staying ahead of the curve.
• Participate in onboarding new customers and contributing to our service growth, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

• At least two to three years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Nordic payroll processes.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills across various communication channels, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, with knowledge of other Nordic languages a bonus.
• Curiosity, a service-minded attitude, and a passion for learning, with a growth mindset and a willingness to adapt.
• A solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude, a healthy dose of humor, and resilience.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and understanding of the challenges faced by growing businesses, with a collaborative approach and a focus on teamwork.
