{"Job Title": "Front Desk Associate", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing guest check-ins and check-outs, and handling guest requests and concerns.

Responsibilities:

* Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including assigning rooms and issuing room keys
* Handle guest requests and concerns, including resolving issues with room assignments and charges
* Provide exceptional guest service, including answering phones and responding to guest inquiries
* Work with the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for check-in
* Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed
* Run daily reports and identify any special requests or issues

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* No related work experience necessary
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
