Retail Management Services is seeking an experienced hostel manager to lead our new backpackers' hostel in Andalucia/ Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the hostel.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including staff supervision and guest services.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
- Oversee human resources, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Control and manage the hostel's finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
**Requirements**
