About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Student Services Representative to join our team at EF Corporate Learning. As a Student Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers through outbound calls, guiding them through our online school and testing systems, and advising them on how to achieve personal and company learning targets.

Key Responsibilities

Motivate and guide students through our online school and testing systems

Advise learners on how to achieve personal and company learning targets via phone

Present school features and options to provide a customized service

Overcome students' objections and anticipate their needs by giving personal solutions to managing time and progress

Offer calls and follow-up services mainly in Spanish (C1/C2)

Provide technical solutions to ensure all students have the best learning experience using EF products



Requirements

Excellent writing and speaking skills in Spanish and English

Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership

Focused on students' satisfaction

Positive attitude with the will to investigate and find solutions to any problem

Team and entrepreneurial spirit

Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills that establish trusted advisor-relationships with students

Detail oriented, patient, organized
