Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting the Risk and Compliance team with the monitoring, organization, and reporting of all risk and compliance related activities at Ti Fluid Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and compliance, with experience in testing and evaluating internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk and compliance methodology, guidance, and templates.
  • Conduct enterprise risk management and scoping procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Project manage internal controls evaluation and remediation procedures.
  • Evaluate and test internal controls at various levels within the company.
  • Maintain internal control management system data and reporting.
  • Compile management reports and presentation materials.
  • Manage communication of risk and compliance messaging and initiatives globally.
  • Deliver risk and compliance related information and training.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Stay current on industry, profession, best practices, and other applicable compliance and regulatory information.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Big Four public accounting firm.
  • Automotive or manufacturing industry background.
  • Experience testing and auditing internal controls, preferably in a public company regulatory environment.
  • Experience with manufacturing-related accounting issues and operational finance.
  • Certification in one of the following: MBA, CPA, CIA, CRMA, CFE, CMA.
Working Conditions
  • 40-55% domestic and international travel required.
  • Ability to work at a personal computer or on manufacturing floors for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds.
  • Some work time spent standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
