About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Demo Engineer to join our Celonis team. As a key member of our Demo Xperience team, you'll be responsible for creating powerful, engaging product demos that showcase the value of our Process Intelligence platform.

Your primary focus will be on developing demos that resonate with our customers, highlighting the benefits of our technology and driving business outcomes. You'll work closely with our product management, product marketing, and industry stakeholders to gather requirements, identify use cases, and prioritize features.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an expert in our Process Intelligence platform, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations. You'll also need to be an exceptional communicator, able to distill complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with our customers.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about SaaS product demos, storytelling with data, and customer-centric solutions. If you're a strong organizational, project, and stakeholder management professional with a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Process Intelligence platform and its capabilities
  • Collaborate with product management, product marketing, and industry stakeholders to gather requirements and identify use cases
  • Design and develop engaging product demos that showcase the value of our technology
  • Work closely with our sales and value engineering teams to ensure demos are aligned with customer needs and business outcomes
  • Provide technical expertise and support to our stakeholders during demo development
  • Monitor and respond to stakeholder inquiries, troubleshoot demo environment issues, and collaborate with our teams to resolve them
  • Guide our team in demo best practices, both technical and business-focused
