We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team as a Spanish Payroll Expert. As a key member of our HR Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of time processes for multiple pay groups.
Your primary focus will be on configuring and implementing SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions, including the evaluation of time and quota schemas, work schedules, holidays, shift differentials, and overtime schema rules. You will also be responsible for creating and executing reports to ensure the integrity of time and attendance data.
As a seasoned SAP HCM expert, you will have a deep understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Payroll and Time Management. You will be able to design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and implement SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions for Spanish-speaking clients.
- Evaluate and implement time and quota schemas, work schedules, holidays, shift differentials, and overtime schema rules.
- Create and execute reports to ensure the integrity of time and attendance data.
- Provide expert-level support for Spanish-speaking clients, including defect identification and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM developments and best practices.
- Proven experience in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management, with a focus on Spanish-speaking clients.
- Deep understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Payroll and Time Management.
- Excellent configuration and implementation skills, with the ability to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
