About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security and Data Protection Program Specialist to join our Product Security and Privacy Operations team at Roche.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing a highly efficient working environment for PSPO, managing projects related to product security and privacy, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and needs.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement product security plans, facilitate workshops and team activities, and track progress and report on key performance indicators.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating regular reports and updates to various stakeholders, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with other functions and major stakeholders, and supporting internal communication activities to tell the story of Product Security and Privacy across the organization.

As a Security and Data Protection Program Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives, from product security and privacy governance to training and awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product security plans and strategies
  • Manage projects related to product security and privacy
  • Facilitate workshops and team activities
  • Track progress and report on key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (project management consultant, project coordinator, business analyst, or related roles)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a changing, agile, multinational, and multiple location environment
  • Excellent people skills with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals
