Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and management of project controls systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement the overall project controls strategy and plan
- Establish project controls policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Oversee budgeting and cost control processes
- Maintain and manage robust Earned Value reporting
- Provide leadership, governance, and support to the Risk Lead
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls, with experience supporting major civil infrastructure projects. They will possess excellent communication skills and leadership experience, as well as the ability to mentor and lead a large team of project controls professionals.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or Finance
- Postgraduate qualifications or professional certification (CPEng, RegPM, PMP) is preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Controls Manager
- Advanced communication skills and leadership experience
