Job Title: Business Developer - Data Lead

Location: Viladecans, Spain

Type: Full-time

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to lead our team in achieving commercial targets and maximizing the potential of our commercial tools and data. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CRM management and data analysis, as well as strong leadership abilities and a passion for high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and coordinate a team of Business Developers in each region to achieve and exceed commercial targets.
  • Act as the strategic bridge between our in-house salesforce and our distributor's team, optimizing collaboration and ensuring that every team member has the tools and resources they need.
  • Oversee the Data Systems team to structure, qualify, and streamline commercial data, ensuring its direct impact on e-commerce, CRM, and reporting.
  • Ensure access to accurate and actionable data, driving strategic decision-making in real-time and maximizing operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in CRM management and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a passion for high performance.
