About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee to join our dynamic team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office- PRmmunications. As a Social Media Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our social media marketing efforts, creating engaging content, and analyzing data to optimize our social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating high-quality content for our social media channels, including text, images, and videos.
- Content Calendar Management: Help manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms to ensure consistency and maximum reach.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to inform content strategy and optimize performance.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with our business objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a school program.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English, with another European language a plus.
- Experience: Passionate about and experienced with social media platforms.
- Skills: Strong communication and social skills, ability to work independently, and excellent computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
