Luxury Service Ambassador

The Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Luxury Service Ambassador to provide exceptional experiences for our guests. As part of the Guest Relations team, this role is responsible for delivering premium service that meets and exceeds guest expectations.

This individual will be the liaison between the guest and all Hotel and Marine Departments, anticipating every guest's needs and proactively addressing them. The Luxury Service Ambassador must possess outstanding hospitality skills, strong communication abilities, and effective organizational skills.

Paying keen attention to detail, this role is accountable for the quality of each guest's personalized experience. Key responsibilities include taking full ownership of suite maintenance, ensuring the flawless delivery of all amenities, and maintaining the highest level of expectation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years guest-facing service experience in a luxury environment
• High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience
• Confident, well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Strong emotional intelligence with resourceful thinking and conflict resolution skills
• Able to fulfill key responsibilities and company requests
