Job Title: Bellperson

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bellperson to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms, ensuring their luggage is handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide guests with essential information about our hotel, including amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with general inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a positive first impression for our guests.
  • Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
