Job Title: Senior Trade Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team at Kantar. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans for clients and assigned solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement business plans for clients and assigned solutions.
  • Provide new business to the Worldpanel division of Kantar through commercial negotiations and prospecting.
  • Develop, manage, present, and track technical proposals requested by clients and prospects.
  • Analyze and present data for department solutions.
  • Train internal and external clients to improve tool performance.
  • Analyze the monthly budget situation in terms of sales and actions, and inform and correct in case of deviations.

Required Competencies:

  • Database management.
  • Excellent communication and high empathy skills.
  • Organizational and planning capacity.
  • Analysis and synthesis of knowledge.
  • Dynamic profile, customer-oriented, and high negotiation capacity.
  • Proactivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3/4 years of experience in client management.
  • Experience in consumer or retailer panel analysis.
  • Experience in the Trade/Shopper area of consultancies or FMCG companies.
  • Fluent English spoken and written.
