Construyendo sobre esta experiencia, estamos lanzando una nueva suite de servicios GenAI y SaaS diseñados específicamente para profesionales financieros.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de MLOps para unirse a un equipo responsable de construir y mantener la infraestructura de ML completa.
Tomar modelos offline y convertirlos en sistemas de producción reales será una de las principales actividades. Además, diseñar y desarrollar estrategias de prueba y monitoreo integrales también será requerido. El candidato debe tener todas las habilidades técnicas para implementar y mantener la infraestructura en la nube.
El candidato ideal debe tener un historial probado en MLOps/DevOps o proyectos de automatización de software y la capacidad de comprender soluciones de software complejas.
El candidato tendrá experiencia en todas las fases del ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software, desde la recopilación de requisitos, el diseño de pipelines CI/CD, la integración de pruebas, el monitoreo del rendimiento de los modelos ML y el soporte de sistemas de producción.
La capacidad de comunicarse de manera efectiva en inglés tanto por escrito como verbal es obligatoria. El conocimiento del español no es un requisito empresarial. El estado laboral legal de la Unión Europea es requerido.

¿Cómo lo harás?
El primer mes: El proceso de incorporación comienza.
Tendrás reuniones programadas con los principales stakeholders de los diferentes equipos para obtener una comprensión general de todos los productos de la empresa y específicamente enfocados en los proyectos en los que trabajarás.
Participarás en las ceremonias de scrum y también revisarás los procesos y la infraestructura de ML actuales.Después de 3 meses: Ahora puedes empezar a contribuir al trabajo en curso relacionado con la infraestructura de ML existente y colaborar estrechamente con los ingenieros de QA, ML y DevOps.
Con la visión general de los productos y la pila de tecnología, puedes proponer nuevas iniciativas y estrategias y empezar a trabajar en ellas-
