Branch Manager

White Cap is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring that we meet our sales and profitability goals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
- Safeguards company assets and associates.
- Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational support demands.
- Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
- Acts as liaison to functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Monitors local market trends and develops strategies to grow local market share.
- Works closely with vendors to maximize sales and increase profitability.
- Ensures efficient operations through adherence to policies and procedures and process excellence.
- 7+ years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle consistently more than 20% of the average work week.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
- Experience with sales order computer software, Oracle preferred.
- Wholesale distribution experience.
- Spanish language proficiency.
