The Strategic Operations Director will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the cluster strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals. This role will work closely with the Regional Managing Director and the Cluster Leadership Team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while maintaining a strong focus on financial performance and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute the cluster strategy, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development teams to build strategic frameworks and content.
  • Collaborate with Commercial/Business Development Teams and other key stakeholders on strategic components for individual client responses.
  • Lead the orchestration of the cluster business planning cycle, linking Multi-year Strategic Outlook (MSO) to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
  • Develop and execute cross-functional initiatives that are of high strategic impact to the business.
  • Represent the cluster in cross-functional forums as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the identification and capture of new business opportunities, including Generative AI use cases.
