Your journey within the Innovate Program starts as a Project Manager at Operations and Programs, Cognitive Software Engineering in BCSS SA Cognitive Network Solutions.

Job Description

You will join a dynamic, high-performing Operations & Programs team with 8 members from Spain, Ireland, Argentina, and Hong Kong. Our mission is to revolutionize engineering operations, WoW, and program management with data-driven insight and transformation initiatives, aiming to create and maintain best-in-class engineering operations and efficient R&D processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and monitor and track project progress against these plans.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively mitigate potential roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in different organizations to remove impediments for the DevOp teams.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, defined project execution processes, and WoW throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support first-time implementations, including scoping and estimating project efforts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, such as JIRA for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
  • Excellence in verbal and written communication skills in English, and strong interpersonal skills to influence actions in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and hypothesis-driven problem-solving approach.
  • Passion about bringing your ideas and suggestions to the table.
  • A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience.
  • Ability to collaborate, engage with, and mobilize the organization to secure results.

As a result, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €60000-€80000, depending on qualifications and location.
