As a senior analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and underwriting real estate investments, conducting site visits, market research, competitive and financial analysis.
The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate asset investments, private equity, lending, investment banking, or brokerage
- Strong understanding of real estate acquisition principles
- Experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish and Italian is an asset
