Job Title: Concept Artist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Concept Artist to join our team at 2K. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality concept art for our games.

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce sketches and quick iterations of characters, props, and environments
* Create concepts from existing references or from scratch
* Propose concepts to the artistic team and discuss possibilities
* Adapt artwork based on feedback
* Refine concept art to illustration by adding layers of detail

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of drawing skills, light and color theory
* Strong knowledge of character and prop design
* Strong understanding of all aspects of concept art and illustration
* Strong Photoshop skills
* Knowledge of 3D modeling and texturing software (Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya) is a plus
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with the art and design departments
* Ability to work within deadlines and good time management
* 3 years or more of previous experience working in a studio or on videogame projects
