Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources? RMC Asia is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Program Overview

This 12-month internship is part of RMC Asia's Cultural Exchange Programs, offering a unique opportunity to work in an international hotel and experience the multicultural city of Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating with candidates
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, such as presentations and manuals
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including investigating complaints and mediating conflicts
  • Aid in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
  • Support employee communication efforts by preparing newsletters and updates

Requirements
  • Enrolled students or recent graduates within 24 months
  • School, college, or university reference letter
  • Conversational English
