As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving this mission by developing and executing compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences in the Brazilian region.

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have +4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms. You should have native-level proficiency in Portuguese and an advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. We are looking for someone who has in-depth knowledge of the Brazilian market and is eager to work in Madrid and evolve in Fever.
You will own the marketing strategy of your experiences, build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences in the Brazilian region, and create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies for exclusive experiences in the Brazilian region.
- Build compelling marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels.
- Manage the P&L of your region and manage a big marketing budget.
- Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting...).
