Lead Oncology Nurse

The RN assists the physician in the care and teaching of patients, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and quality care. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient needs and condition
• Providing strong critical thinking skills and reacting calmly in emergency situations
• Maintaining current CPR & BLS certifications
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participating in clinical research studies and trials

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Residence
• Experience in IV therapy
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to react calmly in emergency situations
• Current CPR & BLS certifications
• Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license for travel to clinics
