We require an expert-level Network Engineer with a focus on Network Security, Local Area Networks, and Wi-Fi in international locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, Enterprise Wi-fi, Firewalling, state-of-the-art authentication mechanisms, and experience working with ticket systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of our network environment
- Conduct analysis and troubleshooting
- Provide support during commissioning, relocations, and changeovers
Necessary Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science or business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of network and security components from standard manufacturers
- Excellent working experience in the fields of TCP/IP, Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, Enterprise Wi-fi, Firewalling, state of the art authentication mechanisms
- Good experience of working with ticket systems
- Good ability to understand complex technical issues
- Detailed understanding of service, good communication skills, and very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
