About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing consultative architectural and operational guidance to our customers, helping them achieve the greatest value from AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build solutions and provide technical guidance to customers
  • Advocate for customers and ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Cloud Architect
  • Expertise in two or more technical domains, such as system administration, networking, programming, or DevOps
  • Professional experience with AWS and/or other cloud offerings
