Marketing Trainee for Digestive Health and Antifungals

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Trainee to join our team in the Southern Europe Cluster. This role will provide the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing projects, including the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our Digestive Health and Antifungals portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy integrated marketing communication origination and activation projects for the group of products or brands across the cluster;
• Work in close partnership with the country Brand Activation teams and Regulatory Teams to ensure flawless execution on key initiatives;
• Track KPIs by cluster/market - NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV;
• Media campaign tracking;
• Understand consumer research data and translate it into concrete action plans;
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy, or related field;
• Master's specialization is a plus;
• Previous experience in consumer healthcare and/or goods marketing is highly advantageous;
• English proficiency is mandatory;
• Other languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, and Greek are a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Strong business, financial & digital acumen;
• Consumer & customer focus;
• Sharp analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and influence them;
• Proactive and creates a sense of urgency to meet objectives;
• Basic project management skills;
• Sensitivity to creativity;
