Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Administration:
- Conduct local market research and compile public data to develop an understanding of the market.
- Manage the digital tool, and monitor its development by the technical team.
Marketing Strategy and Content:
- Create a sitemap, write, update, and integrate articles.
- Optimize and monetize existing web content to improve its ergonomics and referencing.
- Define and follow-up a digital acquisition campaign, in conjunction with Selectra's specialized department: Google Adwords Search, Facebook Ads.
- Analyze KPIs and use tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console regularly.
Sales Strategy (in collaboration with the Sales Manager and the Country Manager):
- Define and monitor lead handling processes, and continuously improve.
- Monitor performance and report, and continuously improve.
Requirements:
Language Skills:
- Dutch / Flemish is your mother tongue, French is a plus, Spanish is a plus.
- You are also fluent in English.
Competencies:
- You have an interest in digital marketing best practices (SEO/SEA).
- You have previous experience in content management and/or web marketing.
- You are efficient and organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You are autonomous and proactive, always anticipating finding new and innovative approaches to problems.
