Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team in Madrid. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by accurately forecasting demand for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and submit critical information through various data sources
  • Track and analyze industry performance
  • Create logistics shipment plan aligned with monthly forecast to ensure availability of goods in the market
  • Support the team in monthly planning cycle and above-market reporting
  • Engage with end market functions to ensure demand forecasting accuracy
  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
  • Assist in required presentations for internal and external meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales/demand planning/forecasting role in FMCGs business
  • Experience in prioritizing tasks, managing workload, and working under pressure
  • Understanding of sales/demand planning practices and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work and cooperate with a variety of departments
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
