Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team in Catalonia. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling assigned accounts in the Food, Drug, and Mass-Merchandise (FDM) market sector, driving sales revenue for brands such as Spontex, NUK, Oster, Sharpie, and PaperMate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned accounts directly.
  • Occasional visits to supermarkets/hypermarkets in the area.
  • Prepare and execute annual budgets for the accounts.
  • Day-to-day management of the promotional calendar: evaluation and course correction, leading the process for managing trade spends and pricing in conjunction with the management of the promotional calendar.
  • Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy.
  • Build customer relationships at the Assistant Buyer/Buyer level and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, doing the same across internal Newell functions to enhance information sharing and decision-making.
  • Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed.
  • Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in similar roles or industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Full Spanish Driver's Licence.
  • Fluent Spanish and communicative English (written and spoken).
