Job Summary

ZF Friedrichshafen AG is seeking a highly skilled Lean Promotion Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Production Friction Materials Group, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement and implementing Lean principles across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production processes to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
• Implement and empower Lean culture through training and workshops
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and coordinate improvements

Requirements

• Knowledge of Lean Tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, TPS, etc.) and familiarity with manufacturing principles
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• English language competency (spoken and written)
• Experience in continuous improvement and/or manufacturing engineering within the automotive industry
